Ben, I don't have 'Lightroom' but I wonder whether it has a function the same as 'shadow / highlight' under 'images / adjustments' as in Photoshop? I recon those mountain peaks could be made to show off their snow caps with a bit of jiggling of the sliders. Not too much though, you wouldn't want to rob that sunset sky of its richness and dominance in the pic. The light on the water could be made a bit more visible as well. But maybe you wanted to keep the scene as a silhouette?
Thanks! Gavin, yes, I did wanted this be be silhouette. I have tried to make little adjustment to bring up the snow cap, but it introduced but of noise and not well blended to the image. I may need little more practice on this part, but it may be more successful, if I shoot it with ISO-100 on tripod.
The latest Lightroom has local adjustment just like Camera Raw 5.0 that comes with CS4 as well as shadow/highlight adjustment.
WOW
