  1. Hi Ben. Finally made it to your blog again. I see you succeeded in getting these shots unobscured by cars in the steets, which is what I wish I could do sometimes. On the other hand, I am thinking that the alfresco scenes have a lonely mood with few or no people seated at the tables. I think I have done the same as you in some of my pictures too with lack of people in them. I guess though it is a subjective point and still actually quite valid to portray the scenes in this way if that's what you wanted to show.

  2. Thanks, Gavin.
It was in the morning the cafe is just opened and so there is still not many people there. Lucky not much traffic and I have waited from across the pedestrian crossing at the intersection.
I kind liked the lady working in front while one couple having their morning coffee. It kind telling me the slow start of the day. Maybe there is a better title if I would like to change but I will stick to this for now.

  3. Hi Guys, you are right, but I love the lack of cars and people, it looks like early morning! Black and white shots do that, it draws you in, and being a cafe dweller, I feel a warm and welcoming feel.
