    I like the subject matter and the idea to visually quantify and reveal it photographically but, I think the flash adds to mush artificial light and absorbs the metallic features of the time cans too much. I think it needs more contrast of light (not contrast of hue) to better show the contours and surfaces as they relate to one another in the frame.

    This was shot for Daily Photo Theme day for this month. It's one of the bunch took under the flooding light at night. I converted this to a B&W for eliminating any destructed colour to emphasis the contrast. One that posted on Nelson Daily Photo is "no flash version" but as you see it has yellow flooding light all over because I did shooting at night time. I might try the same in daylight when I accumulate the tin again. Thanks for good advise.
