  2. While we are waiting to change the signal for crossing this busy road, they are working on this - see previous post. And suddenly, at least we thought, the cable was snapped and dropped. Luckily no car was under there and the this worker quickly retrieving this cable. After few minutes of this, the cable was completely cleared from the site. It's really fascinating to see how professionals are working.
