  1. What an amazing picture! New Zealand sky without clouds! ;) I love the light and colors. Very nice capture.

  2. It's nice how the sky deepens from the mountains up to the top.

  3. nice capture of the vast landscape of NZ, If you could push up the greens (on the trees and fields) just a little more when post processing will make the place feel more like paradise.

  5. As with many of your photos, Ben, you have succeeded in achieving a very honest and natural portrayal of your subject.

  6. Thanks, Gavin.
If I add more luminance to the image it may shine more... but, I liked more settled feel so I did not push the slider. So as you see, it comes natural, especially on print. - Well, I may be start doing different treatment for print and screen view. Thank you for pointing this.

  7. Great peaceful landscape image Ben!
I enjoyed the "beginner photography tip" comment, however I'd say when photographing the NZ landscape you very rarely need to increase saturation... Cheers!

  8. Thanks, Lachezar.
If I had to alter this, I might be brighten up the green but I like the way it is now. I think you are right about the saturation, I rarely touch that part in my work flow.
