Thank you, Ruth and Photowannabe. The road is only open in summer season due to the heavy snow. It is a private land and we need to pay $20 to pass through and sign the paper that saying they don't owe anything for accident and so on. You need high clearance car like 4WD other wise lot's of people do cycling this road with there touring/mountain bike. It is really beautiful place.
