The persepctive of the side walk is enhanced with the weight of the shadows and reveals also the slightest of contours at the same time.
I feel the drinking fountain interfers with the composition though Ben acting as an obstruction of vision rather than a complimentary element though I'd have to also admit, I'm not quite sure why?

  2. Thanks, Ndiginiz,
I took few shot of this with and with out pedestrians at side walk. Portrait and landscape composition. I choose this because of the movement in back ground and I saw the forgotten drinking fountain in the side of the street. I was sitting on the bench at side and took this with low angle position. The interferes might be come from because it is the dominant object in centre and your main interest is at background in this image (i.e. movement of the pedestrians.) Probably, I did show too many aspect on this image and may be I didn't get both like old saying. I guess If I sift the fountain to side, it could be a different interpretation.

Thanks again, you make me rethink about this and it is a great input for next try.

PS. I changed the title from water fountain to drinking fountain.

  3. Thank you Still, I'm glad you like this one.
