  1. Great focal point formed by the light falling on the green area which stands out nicely amidst the bluish and grayish hues which comprise the rest of the scene. Gray scale is good with respect to the shadows not being too dark as can easily happen in such high contrast light. The silvery light on the water is great too.

    I almost try to convert it to B&W as per very reason you mentioned in your comment.
    I'm still thinking, if there is little more adjustment required especially in dark area (roofs).
