    So different illusion can made by soft focus.
    But I think it also look like underwater star!

      Agree it looks like underwater.
      And yes soft focus give some illusion. In past I did with screw-in filter, by post process reduce the clarity).
      I quite like to achieve this with camera even I know I can simulate it with post process.
