  1. What an impressive backdrop - those mountains look massive. Quite a bit of snow up there too. It's interesting, it must be cold up in those heights but the light appears quite warm with the sun on the foreground grass and trees and the pink colors in the clouds.

  2. Ben, these wide angle landscapes give me so much air. Just splendid.

  3. I really like the warm light on the foreground which helps the mountain look even colder. Very nice image.

  4. Very subtle tonal treatment and yet the contrast and impact of the different states of nature are there without reduction of their power!

  5. Thanks everyone.
Yes, the contrast of cool snow and warm sun light was very interesting on this image. That was the motivation of this shot. I compacted the field with telephoto lens and that makes this comparison more interesting.

  8. WOW! The light, the shade, the snow (I remember that day) - do we really live in such a beautiful place? At times I forget.

  9. Magnificent.

You're fortunate to live near both the sea and the mountains.

There definitely aren't any mountains to be seen here in Florida.

  10. Thanks, John. Yes, I guess I'm lucky to have both the sea and the mountain near me.
