Wellington, New Zealand

Nikon D200
Tamron SP AF 17-50mm F2.8 XR Di II @ 34mm
F5.6, 1/250, ISO-100

  1. I like this a lot, Ben. Many interesting things to look at in here. The day looks to have been one of those amazingly clear (no haze) days that I love.

That Tamron lens makes great shots.

  2. looks like you had great weather and light for your visit to my old home town
the tamron may be a great lens but YOU make great shots :)

  3. Thanks, John, Keith.

The lens is good F2.8 all the way, very light weight and not so expensive like Nikon equivalent. It's good for walk around and some serious photography. This is the default lens that attached to my D200 these days.

It was very good few days in Wellington. I was trying to catch something little different from scene in Nelson. This one one of them.

I took few reflection shot but this one is best in term of filling the frame.

  4. What a neat shot! I like seeing New Zealand through your eyes.

Nice to see another D200 user here. It's my main camera since I upgraded the D70. :)

  5. Sorry to have missed so a long time and not to have posted comments these last weeks, but my work takes to me much time in this moment.

Very beautiful contruction. I like much these pretty reflections blue. Cheer

  6. Thanks and welcome, Gretchen.
    Cheers, CGDP.
