Maple Leaf - もみじ

Nelson, New Zealand

Nikon D200
Tamron SP MF 500mm F8 Reflex (55B)
Tamron SP 2X Teleconverter (01F) (optics removed and just act as a tube)
F8, 1/60, ISO-160

Snap away with hand-held. The optics of 2x extension tube was removed and use as a macro extension tube. This is not particularly a macro shot but aimed a small Japanese maple leaf about 2+ mater away to see how DOF is looks like.

  1. This shot would make a beautiful print for a silk dress. Love the merged colours - the hint of a leaf.... Lesley Expat Kiwi
